Richard is a master sausage maker, and over the years has won over 100 awards for his sausage recipes, you will regulary find over 15 varieties instore with many more during the BBQ season. He can even tailor make recipes for you, & has plans for sausage master classes in the new year.
All sausages and bacon are made in the shop so you can see what goes into them, using the same freerange pork you will see in the counter. Not hidden away in the back rooms.
